Edromira came to fruition in 2003 after we were approached by a developing international franchise group who were looking for a way to produce a high quality, consistent and cost effective line of products.


   

We developed nearly 30 distinctively Asian flavored sauces, soups, seasonings, and beverages for this international Asian concept during that first year. Since then we have been working to continue to develop a large variety of products coming close to 90 in all, with more ideas sprouting everyday. Our company is composed of culinary professionals, leading industry manufacturers, and both creative-minded and business-minded industry specialists. We have experience in franchise and free-standing restaurants, hotel and other large foodservice establishments, specialty establishments such as wineries and museums, business consultation, manufacturing, and distribution. We work with both individual restaurateurs and large foodservice corporations, such as HMS Host. We have warehouses in Canada and the US, and we ship products around the globe. Our online store makes ordering quick and efficient. And we are available for personal consultation on products and menu items.
