  1. What kinds of establishments can Edromira service?
    - Franchises, Free standing restaurants, colleges, caterers, correctional facilities, Institutional foodservice operators…
  1. What if I want to customize one sauce, but use other sauces as they are?
    - All of our line of existing products are available for purchase as is.  If you want to use an existing product under your own private label then you are required to order a full production load (quantity varies from product to product).
  1. Is there anything I need to do to set up an account with Edromira?
    - Our Edromira store works with Pay Pal- so all you need to do is set up a pay pal account.
  1. Can I order Edromira products through my distributor?
    - Currently our product is not available through any major suppliers. If your distributor agrees to carry our product for you we will gladly ship the product to them.
  1. How often can I order from Edromira?
    - As often as you like.  If you are ordering individual cases from our existing product line there is a 1000.00 minimum to avoid the 50$ surcharge.  If you are ordering a custom product there is a minimum production load of 500 lbs (case distribution varies depending on the product).
  1. How do I let Edromira know that I want to customize a sauce, soup, or easoning?
    - Simply complete the Request for Recipe Development form and fax it to (514) 939-8808 or just simply fill up our Recipe Development email form . A culinary development representative will contact you to discuss the particular of your project.
  1. What are the charges for sauce development?
    - Currently we do not charge for our Research & Development services.  We do ask for a refundable deposit of $500 that will be held on account and applied towards your first order.
  1. Is it possible to sample a product before I buy it?
    - We will gladly arrange for you to sample our products.  Simply Complete the Request for Product Samples form and fax it to (514) 939-8808 or just simply fill up our Sample Request email form.
  1. What forms of payment does Edromira accept?
    - The Edromira store accepts payment via PayPal. Therefore you can purchase your goods with a credit card through your PayPal account and earn any applicable rewards offered through your credit card service.
  1. What are the forms of payment for private branded products and bulk orders?
    - For private branded products and bulk orders Edromira requires a 25% deposit with 15 day terms for the balance.
